The Fourth Pan-African ABS Capacity Development Workshop was convened in order to examine developments within the Pan-African network of countries as regards ABS Capacity Development. By reviewing the latest developments and discussing the Roadmap for the future, countries were given the opportunity to prepare for both national challenges and international ways forward in the ABS arena for 2010 and beyond.
